QUALITY & OPERATIONS
Committed to Reliable Processing and Product Quality.
From incoming kernels to shipment preparation, our focus is on careful handling, clear product requirements, and dependable communication.

Care in the process. Clarity in the details.
Incoming material review, crushing and extraction, product handling, storage, and shipment preparation form the operational workflow. The details below must be confirmed against actual company procedures.
Quality control procedures
Incoming Raw Material Inspection: Every incoming truckload of raw palm kernels undergoes visual screening and physical sampling. We test for moisture content, foreign matter, and shell-to-kernel ratio to ensure raw materials meet our baseline milling requirements before unloading.
In-Process Monitoring: Throughout the crushing and extraction process, our operations team routinely monitors temperature, mechanical press performance, and extraction efficiency to ensure stable continuous processing.
Finished Product Sampling & Testing: Samples of Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO) and Palm Kernel Expeller (PKE) are systematically drawn during production runs. Laboratory analyses are performed to verify key parameters such as Free Fatty Acid (FFA), moisture, and impurities against established quality standards.
Certificate of Analysis (CoA) & Release: Finished batches are held until final quality verification is complete. A Certificate of Analysis is generated for each shipment to provide transparent, verified quality metrics to our industrial buyers prior to dispatch.

Traceability & sourcing
Suppliers & Raw Material Origin: We source our raw palm kernels directly from verified local palm oil mills and established plantation partners within Malaysia, ensuring dependable and consistent raw material input.
Batch Tracking: Our internal milling records link incoming raw materials to our daily processing batches, allowing us to maintain clear documentation from kernel intake to finished oil (CPKO) and expeller (PKE) dispatch.
Supply Chain Transparency: We are committed to maintaining clear communication with our industrial buyers regarding our supply origins, supporting standard industry verification and documentation requirements.
Sustainability initiatives
By-Product Utilization & Zero-Waste Efficiency: We maximize resource recovery by ensuring that all fibrous residue (palm kernel expeller) and shell by-products are fully utilized as valuable inputs for animal feed and biomass energy generation, minimizing operational waste.
Responsible Sourcing Commitment: We work closely with our local suppliers and partners across Malaysia to encourage responsible agricultural practices and transparency across our upstream supply chain.
Energy & Operational Efficiency: We continually review our milling and crushing equipment performance to optimize energy consumption, reduce fuel waste, and maintain efficient, low-impact plant operations.
Certifications & audits
Quality & Feed Safety: Certified under GMP+, ensuring rigorous feed safety assurance and quality management across our supply chain for palm kernel expeller (PKE) and related products.
Sustainability: Certified under MSPO 2.0 (Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil), reflecting our commitment to sustainable production, traceability, and responsible agricultural practices.
Regulatory & Statutory Compliance: Fully compliant with local statutory and environmental bodies, including adherence to DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health) workplace standards, DOE (Department of Environment) environmental regulations, and JTK (Department of Labour) labor standards.
